Bio

Joel Sawyer played 15 years of fastball until kids came and took over his life. At that time, he stepped into the assistant coach/coach role for both of his daughters for over 18 years in SBR, Adrenaline and Kaizen organizations. He has been with the SAIT Trojans Women's Fastball team for the last two seasons and looks forward to continuing with the Trojans as an assistant coach for this upcoming season. Joel is passionate about the sport of fastball and provides encouragement and knowledge to the student athletes. In the off-season he has spent 20 years as both a head coach and assistant with Girls Hockey Calgary.
